Carolyn Jones is a breathwork facilitator, priestess, consultant, and entrepreneur who guides others through embodied healing and expansion. After using breathwork to heal from depression and addiction, she rebuilt her life—and went on to create a seven-figure business that now runs without her day-to-day involvement.
She completed a 400-hour trauma-informed breathwork facilitation certification through Alchemy of Breath, where she also mentored new facilitators. Known for holding grounded, safe, and impactful containers, Carolyn weaves self-care, self-awareness, and abundance into every experience she offers.
