Breathwork for the Mother Wound

We acknowledge that Mother’s Day can be a triggering event for some people. You may experience the day as a portal to grief, unresolved trauma, sadness, or hopelessness.

You will be held in a beautiful and safe container as you use Conscious Connected Breath methodology as a path towards healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We begin with a talking stick ritual and group intention setting.

Two rounds of guided breathwork, each designed to gain clarity and bring forth the healing you desire.

We complete the session with an Integration circle for sharing your experience.

Please bring with you a water bottle, journal and pen, and any altar item you may want with you (crystal, statue, stone, etc.)

YOUR GUIDE:

Carolyn is skilled at holding impactful sessions. Carolyn completed a 400-hour certification in breathwork facilitation through the Alchemy of Breath, where she also mentored new trainees. Through her priestessing, consulting, writing, and breathwork coaching, Carolyn offers an alternative path to healing through self-care, self-awareness, and prosperity.
